They are two different Roblox games. Kaiju Universe has been the default answer to "Roblox Godzilla game" for years, so people often assume Kaiju Alpha is a successor or a rename. It is not — Kaiju Alpha has its own history going back to at least 2022, and the roster overlap comes from both drawing on the same films.

Yes. The official experience description for Update 45 lists "New code in #Code" among its patch notes, which is the developers pointing players at their own Discord channel. Some guide sites still argue the game has never had codes; that argument is built on captures taken before this update.

We have found no statement from Toho, SULU OPPA or Roblox either way, so we do not claim one. What is verifiable is that the game is currently published and live on Roblox. Anyone telling you definitively that it is or is not licensed is going beyond the public record.

No. The Roblox place has VIP server creation switched off — the games API reports createVipServersAllowed as false — so any site offering you a private-server link for this game is not describing something the place supports.

The game's own description points at a #Code channel, so a developer Discord exists, but Roblox's social-links endpoint requires an authenticated session and we cannot read the invite from outside. We would rather send you nowhere than send you to the wrong server: get the link from inside the experience or from the SULU OPPA group, both of which we link on the links page.

It was added and then pulled, and the removal is one of the most-searched things about this game. We have not found a first-party explanation, so we do not print one — only that it is no longer selectable.

Partly, and the honest answer is that nobody outside the game can tell you exactly how much. The community wiki's Kaiju page says Burning, Thermo and Frostbite Godzilla each sit behind a purchased game pass; its own Game Pass page says there is only one game pass in the whole game (Tank, 50 Robux), and a rival site claims that single pass is not even on sale. Those three accounts cannot all be right, and we cannot read the live game-pass list from outside Roblox. What is clear: everything else on our roster is bought with farmed cells, and the deepest gates in the game — Destoroyah Final Form's two level-100 chains, Monster Zero's ten skulls — are level and time gates that Robux does not shorten.
